FMDigitech services are governed by the quote or contract accepted by the client.

Prices, timing, deliverables, support, ownership of materials and liability must be confirmed in the specific contract.

The client area and received materials must be used only for lawful purposes and respecting third-party rights.

Online payments may use external providers such as Stripe, subject to their own terms.
